Hi, I’m Helana Russo, and I’m here to help you transform your life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), I’ve spent years working with men, professionals, and couples to tackle some of life’s toughest challenges. I’m also an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate, which reflects my commitment to continuously honing my skills to provide the best possible care.
I specialize in managing stress, anger, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. My approach is direct, genuine, and nonjudgmental — I’m not here to give you quick fixes or tell you what you want to hear. Instead, we’ll focus on real results, identifying what’s holding you back and giving you the tools to move forward.
